A member of our Residential Lending team with over 15 years’ experience, Kevin was voted Rookie of the Year and #1 in Volume Private Mortgage Banking. He also studied finance at both Florida Southern College and Fairleigh Dickson University.
A native to Holmdel, he and his family started the Shawn Venancio Memorial Scholarship Award in honor of his late brother who was a football star at Holmdel High School. The scholarships are presented to Holmdel High School students who have displayed sportsmanship and leadership skills. Kevin is also involved with supporting several local charitable organizations.
